Project Overview

STI Global needed more than just a modernized website—they needed a strategic digital transformation. Their existing US and UK sites operated separately, creating inconsistencies in branding, navigation, and content management. The goal was to unify their global presence under a single, streamlined WordPress multi-site while introducing a more advanced and user-friendly experience. The redesign had to not only improve aesthetics but also enhance functionality, ensuring a seamless experience for both US and UK customers through location-based site switching.

The foundation of this redesign was strategic usability. By analyzing user behavior across both markets, I identified opportunities to simplify navigation while providing powerful new tools tailored to STI Global’s audience. Location-based multi-site switching ensures users automatically land on the most relevant content, while an advanced search system enables intuitive filtering for finding products, resources, and support materials effortlessly. A “Where to Buy” map was integrated to help customers quickly locate distributors, while robust FAQs and embedded videos enhance the self-service experience.

One of the standout features is the custom “Build-It” tool, allowing users to configure products to meet their specific needs—transforming complex decision-making into a guided, interactive process. The inclusion of digital brand guidelines ensures consistency in STI Global’s visual identity across all markets and stakeholders.
